Dr. Angela Meyers, a prominent expert in polymathy studies, authored the first-ever doctoral dissertation on the subject and played a crucial role in advancing our understanding of polymathy as a human phenomenon. Her work helped established Polymathy studies as an academic field. She supervised Dr. Florian Stummer's doctoral thesis on polymathy. Beyond academia, Dr. Meyers connects with a broad audience through her Polymath’s Place YouTube channel and Facebook community.
Committed to combating dehumanization, Dr. Meyers actively works to mitigate its effects by challenging harmful governmental actions and societal norms that limit human potential. Apart from her focus on polymathy, she also works in real-estate and criminal justice reforms.

From 2007 - 2021, Angela worked in the federal government. She spent nearly 6 years working as a non-political career employee at the Executive Office of the President, under Presidents Bush and Obama. She also spent approximately 9 years working at the Center for Leadership Development, where she managed training programs for learners from across the federal government.

She divides her time between Washington, DC, and California.
